Quality is controlled at four points — not one final inspection. IQC before storage, IPQC on the line, FQC before packing, OQC before shipment. Every order ships against AQL 2.5 / 4.0.
Incoming Quality Control
IQC
100% of incoming raw materials — fabrics, metals, leathers, zips and dyes — are checked for color accuracy, thickness and safety before they enter storage.
- Color matched to the approved swatch under D65 light
- Thickness, weight and coating verified against specification
In-Process Quality Control
IPQC
Continuous checks during cutting, stitching and assembly catch defects while they can still be corrected — not after the whole order is finished.
- First-article approval at every production start
- Roving inspection across cutting, stitching and assembly
Final Quality Control
FQC
100% piece-by-piece inspection of every finished accessory against the approved tech pack and pre-production sample.
- Stitching accuracy, structural integrity and hardware function
- Cosmetic defects checked under inspection lighting
Out-going Quality Control
OQC
Pre-shipment audit to AQL 2.5 / 4.0, including carton drop tests, moisture sealing and barcode verification.
- AQL sampling: critical 0, major 2.5, minor 4.0
- Drop test, shipping marks and barcode check before sealing
