Q How can I get a quick quote for my project?

Simply click the "Request a Quote" button or contact our team via email/WhatsApp with your product specs, desired quantity, and logo/design files. Our sales engineers will get back to you with a competitive FOB quote within 1 business day.

Q Are your products compliant with international safety standards?

Yes, all our materials (acetate, eco-friendly plastics, metals, textiles) comply with EU REACH, US California Prop 65, and FDA standards. Our manufacturing facility is BSCI certified, and we perform 100% QC inspection before dispatch.

Q Can you print our brand logo and provide custom packaging?

Absolutely. We offer comprehensive private labeling services, including laser engraving, silk-screen printing, debossing, and custom hardware tags. We also design and supply custom packaging such as FSC paper boxes, PET clear boxes, and branded header cards.

Q Do you offer products other than hair accessories?

Yes! Beyond hair accessories (claw clips, scrunchies, headbands), we are a one-stop OEM/ODM supplier for fashion jewelry, cosmetic bags & pouches, personal care/beauty tools, digital accessories, etc. You can combine different categories in your inquiry.

Q How long does it take for sample development and mass production?

Sample lead time is typically 3–5 business days for existing designs and 7–10 days for fully custom molds/logos. Mass production usually takes 15–25 days depending on the order quantity and customization requirements.

Q What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom orders?

Our standard MOQ for custom OEM/ODM orders starts at just 600 pcs per style. For selected in-stock items or sample orders, lower quantities are also negotiable to help you test your market.
